New Eagle Scouts honored in Northern Ridge District

ALPHARETTA, Ga. —The Northern Ridge Boy Scout District is proud to announce its newest Eagle Scouts, who recently passed their Board of Review. These are Scouts who passed their Eagle Board of Reviews, held at Alpharetta Presbyterian Church:

Kevin Coleman, of Troop 841, sponsored by St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, whose project was the design and construction of a performance of a 16 foot square stage platform for St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.

William Shulstad, of Troop 3143, sponsored by John’s Creek United Methodist Church, whose project was the design and construction of an outdoor classroom of 6 benches and a table for The Place, in Cumming, GA., of Troop 629, sponsored by Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church, whose project was the design and construction of a “Leave no Trace” Learning Center for Autrey Mill Nature Preserve and Heritage Center. 

Zachary Rosenberg, of Troop 431, sponsored by Roswell United Methodist Church, whose project was the design and construction of a walking path and the installation of 10 large steps up a hill for the congregants of Temple Beth Tikvah.

Edwin Myrick IV, of Troop 87, sponsored by Roswell Presbyterian Church, whose project was the design and creation of an obstacle course consisting of a log balance beams and tree stump “stepping/hopping stones” for the Chattahoochee Nature Center.

Eric Fleckenstein, of Troop 27, sponsored by the Johns Creek Christian Church, whose project was the design and creation of an outdoor learning center consisting of 5 picnic tables a podium for Wilson Creek Elementary School.

Jacob Taft, of Troop 226, sponsored by Bridge to Grace Church, whose project was the design and construction of a 12 steps along the bath leading to the outdoor chapel at Bridge of Grace Church.
